Our practice is located in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Renhold, which is 2 miles to the north of the County Town of Bedford. Ample off road parking is available at the clinic and is free of charge. Our practice holds professional insurance and we provide flexible appointments to suit our clientele.

Private Health Insurance

This practice is a recognised provider for most of the major private health insurance companies.
Clients will be liable to pay all fees that are not paid in full by the Insurance provider.

Cancellation / Missed Appointments

Missed appointments and last minute cancellations are inconvenient for us, and they mean we could have seen another patient in that time slot. In order to cover our costs, we may charge you as follows:

  • 50% of the fee payment for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
  • Full payment for missed appointments and appointments cancelled within one hour.

Clinical Notes Policy

  • Clients are entitled to see their clinical notes at the time of their appointment. However, this must be undertaken within your allotted appointment time and with subsequent notice given to the therapist prior to your appointment.
  • Clinical notes are not permitted to be taken away from the clinic unless an appropriate request is made in writing and an appropriate release fee is paid in advance. Clinical notes must be collected in person by the client. Proof of identification will be needed.
  • Notes requested by a solicitor must have an appropriate Data Protection Request completed by the solicitor and signed by the client. A fee of £50.00 is applicable for the release of these clinical notes. This fee is normally paid by your solicitor.
