Kevin Anthony Walsh My aim is to provide all my patients with the skills of physiotherapy and sports physiotherapy in order to provide an effective and efficient treatment for their particular injury, condition or ailment I have worked in the NHS since 1982, originally training to be an NHS Paramedic, Clinical Tutor and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Instructor. My career has covered several specialist areas including NHS training, University lecturing and working in the Senior Management and Clinical Management teams. In 2004, I qualified as an Emergency Care Practitioner at the University of Hertfordshire and became an autonomous Emergency Care Practitioner. I started training for my second career in 1998 and became a Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist in 2005. I have also studied and undertaken professional training in Complimentary Medicine and Western Medical Acupuncture. My specialist interest is focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of general neuromusculoskeletal injuries and sports injuries with a special emphasis on back injuries and back pain. I am a professional member of "Back Care" the charity for healthier backs, formerly the National Back Pain Association which, is solely committed to reducing the impact of back pain.
