Life today is incredibly fast paced and we have all experienced what is known as the “sick building syndrome” in which we are surrounded by a concrete jungle, living, working and socialising in an environment of bricks and mortar. What’s needed, but often neglected is the opportunity to get out into the countryside. In these environments your mind can become inspirational and resolution to many of life’s anxieties can often be revealed and solutions discovered.
